'CafeHarvestTable started with a humble aspiration: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Moretti family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-operated business, boasting recipes passed down from ancestors.
Luca Moretti, our founder, honed the pizza craft on her Italian sojourns, apprenticing with experienced pizza chefs in Naples — the homeland of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, she aspired to emulate the quintessence of classic Italian pizzas, employing time-tested techniques and premium ingredients.
From our beginnings as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to superior quality and genuine craftsmanship remains unaltered. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Currently, 'CafeHarvestTable is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Morettis' next generation at the helm of our devoted team. While we have adopted some contemporary updates, our core mission is unchanged: crafting delectable, real pizzas that bring together communities.
